Such an incident took place again in Worli, Mumbai as a poor stray dog was trying to find shelter on incessant rains. The unfortunate canine was mercilessly beaten up by a group of guards, after it tried to seek shelter from the rains by entering a building. This left the dog in coma.

The incident took place on the 24th of July, when a resident of the Turf View building in the Worli area of Mumbai, allegedly asked the building’s watchmen to beat up the stray dog very severely, so that no other stray animals dare to enter the apartment premises.

The watchmen took this instruction pretty seriously and thrashed the dog so cruelly that it went into a coma and is struggling for its life.
