JKPSC MO Recruitment 2021: Apply online for 708 Medical Officer posts by January 19 on jkpsc.nic.in

Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission Medical Officer or JKPSC MO Recruitment 2021 notification has been released on the official website. The recruitment process has been started by the commission for 708 vacancies. Candidates can find more detailed information on jkpsc.nic.in. 

Candidates should note that the recruitment process has started for the position of Medical Officer under the Jammu and Kashmir Health and Medical Education Department. The recruitment would be conducted for both backlog and fresh vacancies. The total number of fresh vacancies for the MO post is 450. Further, the number of backlog vacancies for the post of Medical Officer of 258. 

Candidates should note that in order to apply for the posts, they should not be more than 40 years of age as on January 1, 2021. However, certain age relations are allowed as per rules. For SC, ST candidates, the upper age limit is 43 years as on January 1, 2021. Candidates are advised to go through the detailed official notification released by the commission before applying for the posts.

Candidates should note that they have to fill the application form with necessary details such as email id, registered mobile number, education qualification, and other details. Candidates should note that they have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000 while filling the application form. 

With regards to the selection process, candidates have to appear for a written examination. The written examination would be conducted at Srinagar & Jammu centres. Candidates should note that the written examination would be conducted for 100 marks and it would be MCQ-based. Candidates are advised to go through the official notification before applying for the post.
